R&D
Because innovation is so important, R&D is one of our pillars of growth. Every one of our solutions must suit the specific needs of our markets and the expectations of our customers, while also accounting for climate changes, construction, culture, use, and regulations.
For each new project, R&D's job is to translate a marketing need into a quality product that is comfortable and reasonably priced. Spread over the Group's 15 manufacturing sites, the teams create prototypes, select suppliers through Purchasing and Quality, and develop the production plan. The "lab" experts then confirm that the products comply with regulations, and they check that the project development steps were completed.
Ideal Profile :
Bac+2 to Bac+5 for positions such as R&D project manager, R&D engineer, projector, CAD design technician, lab engineer, test technician, and others.
Required Qualities :
Disciplined, strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and creative.
Our efforts are concentrated in three main areas: continuous improvement in the energy efficiency of the equipment, maximum comfort for the user, and a smaller environmental footprint in the systems we design.
Every one of the Group's manufacturing sites has its own R&D team. This encourages daily discussions with the product marketing teams, purchasers, quality, and methods.
