Process
We manufacture a wide range of products, from millions of units to small-scale productions. Spanning 15 production sites in France and abroad, our production teams handle the industrial processes involved in sheet metal and tubing, coatings, manufacturing of electronic boards, and final product assembly. They are also responsible for increasing production capacity, standardizing the production of new products, and keeping watch over safety, cost, quality, and time goals.

BEP/CAP to Bac+5, a technical or engineer with experience in mass production for positions such as production manager, quality engineer, method technician, production technical agent, automation, team leader, project manager, mechanical projectors, and maintenance techs.

After graduated from engineering school in 2006, I am fortunate today to be responsible for highly technical projects. As a Process Manager, my top client is manufacturing. I focus on boosting productivity, reducing waste, and improving working conditions. We recently worked on reducing the time required to change colour in the paint booth. We went from six hours to just an hour and a half !
That's the result of teamwork. What a great feeling !
